Information

Anyone is welcome, even if you only wish to attend without oral and poster contributions, but please do register before the 27th of August. 

All abstracts, talks and posters must be in English.

The allocated time for oral contributions is 15 min, including 12 min of talk and 3 min of questions.

Invited speakers have 30 min in total, including 20-25 min of talk and 5-10 min of questions.

All abstract submissions must only include text and are limited to 600 words. Attendees who wish to submit a poster contribution will be asked to send it as a .png file before the registration deadline so that it can be uploaded in time. Alternatively, you can already submit your poster during the abstract submission as a supplementary attachment. Note that this step is not an invitation to submit a whole manuscript as there won't be any proceedings. 

During the oral presentations (powered by Zoom from within the Gather.Town app), participants are encouraged to write their questions in the chat or ask for the opportunity to speak at the end of the talk. The chairman will relay the questions or unmute the microphone if someone wishes to speak. Detailed instructions can be found here.

We encourage contributors to remain "close" to their poster during the poster sessions.
